Together, they form a holistic path: exploring inner voices, sensing the body, working with thought patterns, cultivating presence, and taking clear steps forward. IFS & Parts Work
IFS (Internal Family Systems) sees every human being as a system of many inner voices, each carrying its own perspective, needs, and history. Rather than suppressing or fighting parts, we learn to approach them with compassion and curiosity. At the center of this work is the Self, a calm, wise, and loving presence that can guide all parts. This approach builds self-leadership, eases the inner critic, and supports a more integrated and authentic way of living.
Presence & Awareness
Presence work cultivates the ability to be here, now. Using techniques such as breath, visualization, and sensory attention, you’ll develop the skill of grounding yourself in the moment. These practices help you return to clarity when life feels overwhelming and give you tools to meet challenges with steadiness. Over time, presence becomes less of a technique and more of a way of being—your foundation for both leadership and creativity.
Somatic Work
Somatic practices remind us that transformation isn’t only mental it is also embodied. With trauma-informed awareness, we bring attention to sensations, breath, posture, and nervous system patterns. Through visualization and gentle body awareness, you’ll learn to sense what’s happening inside and respond with presence rather than reaction. Somatic work deepens the connection between mind and body, allowing insights to become lived experiences instead of abstract ideas.
Cognitive Methods

Each coaching journey is personalized to your needs. You’ll receive 1-on-1 coaching sessions, structured guidance, reflection prompts, and tools to integrate what you learn into your daily life. If you choose the 4-week coaching package, you'll also get a workbook and ongoing support between sessions to keep your transformation on track
Once you book your coaching, you’ll receive a scheduling link to pick a time that works best for you. If you need flexibility, just reach out, and we’ll find a solution that fits your schedule.
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. But don’t worry—we’ll work together to keep your progress on track!

Each session lasts 60 minutes, giving us time to go deep into your topic while leaving you with clear takeaways and action steps.
Nothing but yourself and an open mind! If we’re working on movement-based topics, you may want to have some space to move, but otherwise, you’ll just need a notebook (optional) and a quiet space for our session.
Yes! The Teachers Journey is an 8-week Group Coaching Program for Creatives, Teachers and Leaders of all kinds that want to improve their teaching skills and connect to other creatives and teachers.
